Full Service Design
FOR HOME RENOVATIONS, ADDITIONS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES
We specialize in full-service interior design for large renovations, additions, and new builds. From concept to completion, we manage every detail—design implementation, scheduling, and budgets—while ensuring clear communication and realistic timelines. With custom finishes, high-quality products, and trusted trades, KCID is your partner in creating the home you deserve.

The discovery phase is arguably the most important part of any home renovation process. We ensure the fit for all parties while we do a deep dive into your lifestyle, family requirements, functional needs and prioritize a personal client relationship that produces thoughtful design plans and a successful client outcome.

In over 10+ years in business, we have built a trusted team of experts that we engage on your behalf. As an extension of our experienced team, we will all work together to provide home designs, manage permitting processes and provide detailed budgets. We offer rendered elevations and/or 3D walkthroughs. We provide full and detailed spec packages of all sourced materials, fixtures and finishes. All items are catalogued and quoted for client approval.

We remain your point of contact and work with all parties to ensure a smooth transition from design and planning phases through to implementation and construction. Your vision will be brought to life with our guidance.

Full Service Decorating
If your home needs a stylish refresh, we’ve got you covered. Our full-service decorating includes custom upholstery, cabinetry, lighting, soft furnishings, rugs, artwork, drapery, and all the finishing touches. We handle all ordering and implementation, plus assist with paint colors, wallpaper, and minor electrical updates like new lighting installations.

We measure, we execute floor plans and we source every item required. We offer rendered elevations and/or 3D walkthroughs. We provide full and detailed spec packages of all sourced materials, furnishings and finishes. All items are catalogued and quoted for client approval. Ahead of the implementation, we order all approved items and plan deliveries.

The fun part! We set up all of your furnishings and hire the required trades to assist with moving, hanging art, installing drapery and lighting as required.
VIRTUAL DESIGN
Virtual design offers an excellent solution for those who value a designer’s expertise but prefer to handle the implementation themselves. We’ll collaborate closely with you to develop a personalized design plan that reflects your unique style and preferences. Throughout the process, we’ll provide guidance and support to ensure your vision is seamlessly brought to life.
THE VIRTUAL PROCESS:

Virtual design is a great opportunity for clients who are seeking a designer’s knowledge but prefer to implement the design themselves. It’s ideal for updating one or two rooms of the home that don’t need extensive construction work. We consider your budget, goals and existing items that you own. The Virtual Design package provides you with the information required to decide if Virtual Design is right for you.

Once you select your appropriate service, we gather crucial information through a small questionnaire; we ask for inspirational images, measurements and photos of the space, a list of furniture you would like to keep and your budget for the space. A schedule will be provided for our work at this time. We then get to work creating floor plans with the measurements given, mood boards, furniture, finish and fixture selections.

After we send you the design, we recommend you read it a few times over a few days to understand, digest and imagine in your space. You can also take this time to try out any furniture we recommend and are available on showroom floors. Once we have received your feedback, we take it all into consideration and revise the design as per your contract.

All final revised documents - the floor plans, mood boards, furniture, finishes and fixture selections - will be uploaded to a private folder for your consumption. You are now able to implement the design in your own time!

Let’s meet! This session isn’t a design consultation but a virtual or in-person consultation to get to know each other better. We’ll dive deeper into your home, lifestyle, and specific needs for the project.
03 / PROPOSAL & SIGN OFF
After our meeting, we’ll provide you with a detailed scope of work outlining your total expected investment in our services. We're ready to kick off your project once you sign the Letter of Agreement and submit a deposit!
